The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Hilmar Yellowjackets (Hilmar, CA) and the host Patterson Tigers (Patterson, CA), observed Hilmar's basketball team overwhelm Patterson by a score of 73-17.

The Yellowjackets (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Oakdale (Oakdale, CA). The Mustangs enter the non-league battle with a 6-1 record. In their last battle, Oakdale was crushed by Golden Valley (Merced, CA), 56-47, in a non-league battle.
