In Tuesday's league outing, the Ardrey Kell Knights (Charlotte, NC) basketball squad edged the visiting Palisades Pumas (Charlotte, NC), by a count of 63-56.

The Knights (5-4) will now prepare for their outing against Myers Park (Charlotte, NC). The Mustangs go into the 4A Conference 49 outing with a 4-1 record. In their last outing, Myers Park held off Harding University (Charlotte, NC), 74-34, in a league outing.

The Pumas now hold a 1-6 record. They play next when they host Olympic for a 4A Conference 49 outing on Friday, December 16. Palisades will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 80-63 non-league win over Porter Ridge (Indian Trail, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 7-0.
