First Coast Christian Knights (Jacksonville, FL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Beaches Chapel Lions (Jacksonville, FL), 63-58 in a non-league bout.

With the win, First Coast Christian upgrades its record to 4-4 on the season. The Knights travel to St. Johns Classical Academy (Fleming Island, FL) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 15. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 0-2.

Next up, the Lions play the Seacoast Christian Academy Eagles (Jacksonville, FL) in a 2A District 2 bout, on Friday, December 16. Beaches Chapel will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 5-3 record after their 63-47 non-league loss to Hilliard (Hilliard, FL).
