Bibb County Choctaws (Centreville, AL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting West Blocton Tigers (West Blocton, AL), 90-37 in a league bout.

With the win, Bibb County upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Choctaws travel to American Christian Academy (Tuscaloosa, AL) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Monday, December 19. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 7-4.

Next up, the Tigers play the Holt Ironmen (Holt, AL) in a 4A Area 6 bout, on Thursday, December 15. West Blocton will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record. The Ironmen go into the bout with a 3-2 record after their 57-48 non-league win over Brookwood (Brookwood, AL).
