December 13, 2022: Santa Fe, NM 87505 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Capital Jaguars (Santa Fe, NM) and the host St. Michael's Horsemen (Santa Fe, NM), saw Capital's basketball squad hold off St. Michael's by a count of 52-47.
With the victory, Capital upgrades its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Espanola Valley (Espanola, NM) to play the Sundevils in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 15. The Sundevils come into the challenge with a record of 1-8. Espanola Valley lost 44-43 in their recent non-league challenge against Valencia (Los Lunas, NM)
Next up, the Horsemen play the Santa Fe Demons (Santa Fe, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 16. St. Michael's will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Demons come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 53-47 non-league loss to Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM).
