The Jacksonville Christian Academy Conquerors (Jacksonville, NC) basketball nipped the visiting Pamlico Christian Academy Mariners (Grantsboro, NC), 62-55 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Conquerors (5-1) will now prepare for their test against Gramercy Christian (Newport, NC). The Warriors go into the North Carolina Christian - 2A South test with a 4-7 record. In their last test, Gramercy Christian was tipped by Faith Christian Academy (Goldsboro, NC), 56-47, in a league test.

The Mariners now own a 6-2 record. They play next when they host Ahoskie Christian for a North Carolina Christian - South test on Friday, December 16.
