December 13, 2022: Lexington, VA 24450 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the James River Knights (Buchanan, VA) and the host Rockbridge County Wildcats (Lexington, VA), saw James River's basketball squad overcome Rockbridge County by a tally of 62-43.
With the victory, James River improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Waynesboro (Waynesboro, VA) to confront the Little Giants in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 15. The Little Giants come into the challenge with a record of 1-4. Waynesboro lost 90-28 in their recent non-league challenge against Spotswood (Penn Laird, VA)
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Staunton Storm (Staunton, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 16. Rockbridge County will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record.
