California High School Basketball - Lynbrook tops Leigh

Lynbrook Vikings (San Jose, CA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Leigh Longhorns (San Jose, CA), 56-48 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Lynbrook upgrades its record to 2-5 on the campaign. The Vikings host Carlmont (Belmont, CA) to play the Scots in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 15. The Scots come into the bout with a record of 5-1. Carlmont won 57-51 in their recent non-league bout against Alhambra (Martinez, CA)

Next up, the Longhorns play the Bellarmine College Prep Bells (San Jose, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 16. Leigh will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Bells come into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 63-36 non-league win over Pitman (Turlock, CA).
