The Marshall County Marshals (Benton, KY) basketball knocked off the visiting Murray Tigers (Murray, KY), 59-45 in Tuesday's league test.

The Marshals (6-0) will now prepare for their test against McCracken County (Paducah, KY). The Mustangs go into the non-league test with a 5-0 record.

The Tigers now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Calloway County for a District 4 test on Saturday, December 17. Murray will encounter a Lakers squad coming off a 64-40 non-league win over Dresden (Dresden, TN). The Lakers record now stands at 6-1.
