With the victory, Canton improves its record to 15-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Mabank (Mabank, TX) to confront the Panthers in a 4A Region II District 16 challenge on Friday, December 16. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 11-7. Mabank won 49-35 in their recent league challenge against Athens (Athens, TX)
Next up, the Eagles confront the Cumberland Academy Knights (Tyler, TX) in a 4A Region II District 16 challenge, on Friday, December 16. Lindale will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 5-9 record after their 66-10 league loss to Van (Van, TX).
