Nevada High School Basketball - GV Christian ripped by Lake Mead Academy

The Lake Mead Academy Eagles basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting GV Christian Guardians to 24 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Eagles now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to The Meadows School for a 2A Southern contest on Thursday, December 15. Lake Mead Academy will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 42-21 league win over White Pine (Ely, NV). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-3.

The Guardians (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Southeast Career Tech (Las Vegas, NV). The Roadrunners enter the non-league contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, Southeast Career Tech was routed by Virgin Valley (Mesquite, NV), 38-24, in a non-league contest.
