North Carolina High School Basketball - Parkland holds off West Forsyth

Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Parkland Mustangs (Winston-Salem, NC) and the host West Forsyth Titans (Clemmons, NC), saw Parkland's basketball squad hold off West Forsyth by a tally of 41-40.

With the victory, Parkland improves its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs host R.J. Reynolds (Winston-Salem, NC) to confront the Demons in a 4A Conference 56 challenge on Friday, December 16. The Demons come into the challenge with a record of 8-1. R.J. Reynolds won 44-33 in their recent league challenge against Mount Tabor (Winston-Salem, NC)

Next up, the Titans confront the Glenn Bobcats (Kernersville, NC) in a 4A Conference 56 challenge, on Friday, December 16. West Forsyth will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 52-48 league loss to Reagan (Pfafftown, NC).
