North Carolina High School Basketball - Sugar Creek overwhelms Langtree Charter
December 13, 2022: Charlotte, NC 28206 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Sugar Creek Wildcats (Charlotte, NC) and the visiting Langtree Charter Lions (Mooresville, NC), saw Sugar Creek's basketball squad wallop Langtree Charter by a tally of 57-32.
With the victory, Sugar Creek improves its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Piedmont Community Charter (Gastonia, NC) to confront the Patriots in a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 20. The Patriots come into the battle with a record of 4-6. Piedmont Community Charter lost 57-38 in their recent non-league battle against East Rutherford (Forest City, NC)
The Lions (0-7) will now prepare for their battle against Central Academy (Monroe, NC). The Cougars come into the non-league battle with a 0-7 record. In their last battle, Central Academy was overwhelmed by Sun Valley (Monroe, NC), 69-7, in a non-league battle.
