In Wednesday's league outing, the Blacklick Valley Vikings (Nanty Glo, PA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Ferndale Yellow Jackets (Johnstown, PA), by a margin of 55-33.

The Vikings (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against Turkeyfoot Valley Area (Confluence, PA). The Rams go into the Western Pennsylvania - Southern outing with a 4-0 record. In their last outing, Turkeyfoot Valley Area smashed Hancock (Hancock, MD), 72-55, in a non-league outing.
