The Jordan-Matthews Jets basketball team (Siler City, NC), dropped 48-36 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves (Hillsborough, NC)

The Fighting Red Wolves now possess a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Western Alamance for a 3A Central battle on Friday, December 15. Cedar Ridge will battle a Warriors team coming off a 54-45 non-league win over Bartlett Yancey (Yanceyville, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 3-3.

The Jets (3-6) will now prepare for their battle against North Moore (Robbins, NC). The Mustangs come into the 1A/2A Mid-Carolina battle with a 4-3 record. In their last battle, North Moore dropped by Southeast Alamance (Haw River, NC), 70-43, in a league battle.
