Ohio High School Basketball - Grand Valley edges Wickliffe
December 13, 2023: Orwell, OH 44076 The Grand Valley Mustangs (Orwell, OH) basketball nipped the visiting Wickliffe Blue Devils (Wickliffe, OH), 56-50 in Wednesday's league test.
The Mustangs (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Crestwood (Mantua, OH). The Red Devils go into the Chagrin Valley - Valley test with a 4-0 record. In their last test, Crestwood got by Berkshire (Burton, OH), 43-38, in a league test.
The Blue Devils now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they host Cardinal for a Chagrin Valley - Valley test on Monday, December 18. Wickliffe will encounter a Huskies squad coming off a 74-45 league loss to Kirtland (Kirtland, OH). The Huskies record now stands at 0-4.
