California High School Basketball - Lawndale tipped by Torrance
December 13, 2023: Torrance, CA 90501 The Torrance Tartars basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Lawndale Cardinals to 68 in the Tartars league triumph on Wednesday.
The Tartars now sport a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North for a Pioneer contest on Friday, December 15. Torrance will meet a Saxons team coming off a 69-46 league win over El Segundo (El Segundo, CA). The Saxons record now stands at 9-1.
The Cardinals (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against El Segundo (El Segundo, CA). The Eagles enter the Pioneer contest with a 6-6 record. In their last contest, El Segundo was nudged by North (Torrance, CA), 69-46, in a league contest.
