Oregon High School Basketball - Umpqua Valley Christian knocked off by Lowell
December 13, 2023: Roseburg, OR 97470 The Lowell Devils basketball team scored 70 points and held the host Umpqua Valley Christian Monarchs to 54 in the Devils non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Devils now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Blanchet Catholic for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. Lowell will meet a Cavaliers team coming off a 62-45 non-league win over Jefferson (Jefferson, OR). The Cavaliers record now stands at 2-2.
The Monarchs (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against St. Paul (St. Paul, OR). The Buckaroos enter the non-league contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, St. Paul ran past Oregon School for the Deaf (Salem, OR), 86-31, in a league contest.
