Oregon High School Basketball - Lowell trounces Monroe
January 23, 2024: Monroe, OR 97456 The Lowell Devils (Lowell, OR) basketball crushed the host Monroe Dragons (Monroe, OR), 73-49 in Tuesday's league test.
The Devils (13-5) will now prepare for their test against Central Linn (Halsey, OR). The Cobras go into the 2A Valley Coast test with a 8-9 record. In their last test, Central Linn was trounced by East Linn Christian Academy (Lebanon, OR), 67-55, in a league test.
The Dragons now own a 5-10 record. They play next when they host Oakridge for a 2A Valley Coast test on Thursday, January 25. Monroe will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 74-67 league win over Toledo (Toledo, OR). The Warriors record now stands at 5-12.
