December 13, 2023: Shenandoah, VA 22849 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the East Rockingham Eagles (Elkton, VA) and the host Page County Panthers (Shenandoah, VA), saw East Rockingham's basketball squad wallop Page County by a tally of 58-25.
With the victory, East Rockingham improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Rockbridge County (Lexington, VA) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 15. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 0-5. Rockbridge County lost 38-16 in their recent non-league challenge against Broadway (Broadway, VA)
Next up, the Panthers confront the Turner Ashby Knights (Bridgewater, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 15. Page County will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 48-19 non-league win over William Monroe (Stanardsville, VA).
