California High School Basketball - Jordan nips Hawkins
December 13, 2023: Los Angeles, CA 90044 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Jordan Bulldogs (Los Angeles, CA) and the host Hawkins Hawks (Los Angeles, CA), saw Jordan's basketball squad hold off Hawkins by a count of 38-34.
With the victory, Jordan upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Port of Los Angeles (San Pedro, CA) to play the Polar Bears in a challenge on Wednesday, January 10. The Polar Bears come into the challenge with a record of 2-4.
Next up, the Hawks play the Bell Eagles (Bell, CA) in a challenge, on Friday, December 15. Hawkins will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 43-34 non-league win over Workman (City of Industry, CA).
