The Pamlico County Hurricanes basketball team (Bayboro, NC), was overwhelmed 63-42 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host West Carteret Patriots (Morehead City, NC)

The Patriots now possess a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kinston for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 19.

The Hurricanes (0-5) will now prepare for their battle against Northside - Pinetown (Pinetown, NC). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record.
