Alabama High School Basketball - Madison Academy holds off Bob Jones
December 13, 2024: Madison, AL 35758 In Friday's non-league contest, the host Madison Academy Mustangs basketball team scored a close 49-46 triumph over the Bob Jones Patriots.
The Mustangs (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Fayetteville (Fayetteville, TN). The Tigers go into the non-league contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Fayetteville was tipped by Marshall County (Lewisburg, TN), 84-42, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Patriots confront the Oxford Yellow Jackets (Oxford, AL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 14. Bob Jones will attempt to better on its 7-6 season record. The Yellow Jackets go into the contest with a 6-4 record after their 36-33 non-league loss to Hewitt-Trussville (Trussville, AL).
