December 13, 2024: Portsmouth, VA 23701 Manor Mustangs (Portsmouth, VA) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Booker T. Washington Mighty Bookers (Norfolk, VA), 86-20 in a league match.
With the victory, Manor advances its record to 2-4 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Forest Park (Woodbridge, VA) to face the Bruins in a Eastern match on Saturday, December 14. The Bruins enter the match with a record of 2-2. Forest Park lost 62-60 in their recent league match against Gainesville (Gainesville, VA)
The Mighty Bookers now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lake Taylor for a Eastern match on Wednesday, December 18. Booker T. Washington will face a Titans squad coming off a 50-32 non-league win over Granby (Norfolk, VA). The Titans record now stands at 2-0.
