Texas High School Basketball - MacArthur knocks off Channelview
December 13, 2024: Channelview, TX 77530 In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting MacArthur Generals basketball team scored a good 49-39 win over the Channelview Falcons.
The Generals (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Aldine (Houston, TX). The Mustangs come into the 6A Region II District 14 contest with a 12-10 record. In their last contest, Aldine defeated Montgomery (Montgomery, TX), 66-53, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Falcons battle the Kingwood Mustangs (Kingwood, TX) in a 6A Region III District 23 contest, on Tuesday, December 17. Channelview will attempt to better on its 1-11 season record. The Mustangs come into the contest with a 9-6 record after their 49-42 non-league win over Cy-Fair (Cypress, TX).
