The Madison-Ridgeland Academy Patriots (Madison, MS) basketball edged the visiting Choctaw Central Warriors (Philadelphia, MS), 63-60 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Patriots now possess a 8-4 record. They play next when they travel to Olive Branch for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 14. Madison-Ridgeland Academy will play a Conquistadors team coming off a 87-62 league win over South Panola (Batesville, MS). The Conquistadors record now stands at 8-3.
