In Friday's non-league contest, the host Cranberry Area Berries basketball team scored a big 65-30 win over the Union Knights/Damsels.

The Berries (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Karns City (Karns City, PA). The Gremlins come into the Keystone Shortway contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Karns City was trounced by Clarion Area (Clarion, PA), 47-31, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Knights/Damsels battle the East Forest Bears (Marienville, PA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 16. Union will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Bears come into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 57-16 league loss to Allegheny-Clarion Valley (Foxburg, PA).
