The Ridgecroft Rams basketball squad (Ahoskie, NC), was crushed 49-27 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Albemarle School Colts (Elizabeth City, NC)

With the victory, Albemarle School advances its record to 5-5 on the year. The Colts host Northeast Academy (Lasker, NC) to meet the Eagles in a NCISAA Tarheel battle on Tuesday, December 17. The Eagles enter the battle with a record of 6-0.

The Rams now own a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southampton for a non-league battle on Monday, December 16. Ridgecroft will meet a Indians squad coming off a 47-22 league win over Surry County (Dendron, VA). The Indians record now stands at 2-2.
