December 13, 2024: St. Clair, MN 56080 The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Waterville-Elysian-Morristown Buccaneers (Waterville, MN) and the host St. Clair Cyclones (St. Clair, MN), observed Waterville-Elysian-Morristown's basketball team knock off St. Clair by a score of 69-55.
The Buccaneers (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Belle Plaine (Belle Plaine, MN). The Tigers come into the AA Section 2 challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Belle Plaine prevailed over Waseca (Waseca, MN), 52-40, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Cyclones encounter the Central Raiders (Norwood-Young America, MN) in a AA Section 2 challenge, on Saturday, December 14. St. Clair will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 69-32 league win over Sibley East (Arlington, MN).
