The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Northwest Christian School Crusaders (Colbert, WA) and the visiting Chewelah Cougars (Chewelah, WA), observed Northwest Christian School's basketball squad rout Chewelah by a count of 64-4.

With the victory, Northwest Christian School advances its record to 5-0 on the year. The Crusaders host Newport (Newport, WA) to meet the Grizzlies in a 2B Bi-County battle on Tuesday, December 16. The Grizzlies enter the battle with a record of 2-3. Newport won 39-32 in their recent league battle against Kettle Falls (Kettle Falls, WA)

The Cougars now own a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Reardan for a 2B Bi-County challenge on Tuesday, December 16. Chewelah will battle a Screaming Eagles team coming off a 55-19 league win over St. George's (Spokane, WA). The Screaming Eagles record now stands at 5-1.
