The A.L. Brown Wonders basketball team (Kannapolis, NC), was nudged 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Red Springs Red Devils (Red Springs, NC)

The Red Devils now possess a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Pauls for a 2A Conference 7 battle on Friday, December 16. Red Springs will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 70-66 non-league win over Lake View (Lake View, SC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-2.

The Wonders (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC). The Wildcats come into the 4A Conference 57 battle with a 10-0 record. In their last battle, Lake Norman edged Watauga (Boone, NC), 74-40, in a non-league battle.
