North Carolina High School Basketball - St. Pauls holds off Lake View
December 14, 2022: St. Pauls, NC 28384 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the St. Pauls Bulldogs (St. Pauls, NC) and the visiting Lake View Wild Gators (Lake View, SC), saw St. Pauls's basketball squad hold off Lake View by a tally of 70-66.
With the victory, St. Pauls improves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Red Springs (Red Springs, NC) to confront the Red Devils in a 2A Conference 7 challenge on Friday, December 16. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a record of 4-3. Red Springs won 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC)
Next up, the Wild Gators confront the Lumberton Pirates (Lumberton, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 17. Lake View will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 58-47 non-league win over Whiteville (Whiteville, NC).
