Weston Trojans (Weston, CT) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Bunnell Bulldogs (Stratford, CT), 45-20 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Weston upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Trojans travel to New Canaan (New Canaan, CT) to clash with the Rams in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 17. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 1-0. New Canaan won 38-24 in their recent non-league bout against Joel Barlow (Redding, CT)

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Seymour Wildcats (Seymour, CT) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 19. Bunnell will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 38-26 non-league win over Ansonia (Ansonia, CT).
