Maine High School Basketball - East Grand fells Lee Academy
December 14, 2022: Dansforth, ME 04424 East Grand Vikings (Dansforth, ME) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Lee Academy Pandas (Lee, ME), 46-36 in a non-league bout.
With the win, East Grand upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Vikings host Southern Aroostook (Dyer Brook, ME) to play the Warriors in a D North bout on Thursday, December 15. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Southern Aroostook won 60-33 in their recent non-league bout against Central Aroostook (Mars Hill, ME)
Next up, the Pandas play the Mattanawcook Lynx (Lincoln, ME) in a C North bout, on Wednesday, December 21. Lee Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Lynx go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 53-38 league win over Calais (Calais, ME).
