California High School Basketball - Ramona holds off Sage Creek

Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Ramona Bulldogs (Ramona, CA) and the host Sage Creek Bobcats (Carlsbad, CA), saw Ramona's basketball squad hold off Sage Creek by a tally of 40-37.

With the victory, Ramona improves its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Canyon Crest Academy (San Diego, CA) to confront the Ravens in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 16. The Ravens come into the challenge with a record of 3-4. Canyon Crest Academy lost 68-14 in their recent non-league challenge against Oceanside (Oceanside, CA)

Next up, the Bobcats confront the Mission Bay Buccaneers (San Diego, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 17. Sage Creek will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record. The Buccaneers come into the challenge with a 2-9 record after their 42-32 non-league loss to Maranatha Christian (San Diego, CA).
