St. Francis Troubadours (Sacramento, CA) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Franklin Wildcats (Elk Grove, CA), 2-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Troubadours face the Christian Brothers Falcons (Sacramento, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 16. St. Francis will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 7-1 record after their 2-0 league win over Vacaville (Vacaville, CA).

The Wildcats now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to McClatchy for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 20.
