Branham Bruins (San Jose, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Gilroy Mustangs (Gilroy, CA), 73-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Branham upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Bruins host Scotts Valley (Scotts Valley, CA) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league bout on Monday, December 19. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 0-7. Scotts Valley lost 77-49 in their recent non-league bout against Marina (Marina, CA)

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the San Lorenzo Valley Cougars (Felton, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 17. Gilroy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record.
