North Lincoln Knights (Lincolnton, NC) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Lincolnton Wolves (Lincolnton, NC), 58-33 in a non-league bout.

With the win, North Lincoln upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Knights host Statesville (Statesville, NC) to play the Greyhounds in a bout on Friday, December 16. The Greyhounds go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Statesville won 50-42 in their recent non-league bout against South Iredell (Statesville, NC)

Next up, the Wolves play the Bunker Hill Bears (Claremont, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 16. Lincolnton will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record.
