Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Donegal overwhelms Lancaster Catholic
December 14, 2023: Mt. Joy, PA 17552 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Donegal Indians (Mt. Joy, PA) and the visiting Lancaster Catholic Crusaders (Lancaster, PA), saw Donegal's basketball squad wallop Lancaster Catholic by a tally of 68-47.
With the victory, Donegal improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Lampeter-Strasburg (Lampeter, PA) to confront the Pioneers in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 18. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a record of 4-1. Lampeter-Strasburg won 56-47 in their recent non-league challenge against Eastern Lebanon County (Myerstown, PA)
Next up, the Crusaders confront the J.P. McCaskey Red Tornado (Lancaster, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 16. Lancaster Catholic will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Red Tornado come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 40-37 non-league loss to Northeastern (Manchester, PA).
