December 14, 2023: Dover, DE 19901 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Indian River Indians (Dagsboro, DE) and the host Early College Hornets (Dover, DE), saw Indian River's basketball squad hold off Early College by a count of 33-27.
With the victory, Indian River upgrades its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Indians host Lake Forest (Felton, DE) to play the Spartans in a Henlopen - Southern challenge on Tuesday, December 19. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 5-0. Lake Forest won 64-45 in their recent league challenge against Woodbridge (Bridgeville, DE)
