The New Creation Christian Academy Crusaders basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Scholars Guild Academy Spartans to 40 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Crusaders now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cherokee Christian for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 16. New Creation Christian Academy will meet a Warriors team coming off a 73-65 non-league win over Shiloh Hills Christian (Kennesaw, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 5-1.
The Spartans (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Fulton Science Academy (Alpharetta, GA). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, Fulton Science Academy was routed by Fellowship Christian (Roswell, GA), 76-51, in a non-league contest.
