The West Central Trojans basketball team (Francesville, IN), was nudged 46-42 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Tri-County Cavaliers (Wolcott, IN)

The Cavaliers now possess a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mt. Vernon for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 27.

The Trojans (6-7) will now prepare for their battle against Washington Township (Valparaiso, IN). The Senators come into the non-league battle with a 7-4 record. In their last battle, Washington Township edged Westville (Westville, IN), 42-25, in a league battle.
