Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the United Golden Eagles (Hanoverton, OH) and the visiting Wellsville Tigers (Wellsville, OH), saw United's basketball squad wallop Wellsville by a count of 48-15.

With the victory, United upgrades its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Golden Eagles travel to Sandy Valley (Magnolia, OH) to play the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 16.
