December 14, 2024: Laurel, DE 19956 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Laurel Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 74-54 triumph over the Bennett Clippers.
The Bulldogs (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Seaford (Seaford, DE). The Bluejays go into the Henlopen - Southern contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Seaford topped Sussex Academy (Georgetown, DE), 84-33, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Clippers confront the Middletown Cavaliers (Middletown, DE) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 16. Bennett will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Cavaliers go into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 70-43 non-league loss to Friends' Central (Wynnewood, PA).
