In Saturday's league test, the Fisher Catholic Irish (Lancaster, OH) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Millersport Lakers (Millersport, OH), by a score of 43-30.

Next, the Irish encounter the Logan Elm Braves (Circleville, OH) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, December 18. Fisher Catholic will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Braves come into the test with a 1-5 record after their 55-44 league loss to Circleville (Circleville, OH).

The Lakers (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Wellington School (Columbus, OH). The Jaguars come into the Mid-State - Cardinal test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Wellington School went down by Grandview Heights (Columbus, OH), 73-38, in a non-league test.
