Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Lancaster Mennonite overwhelms Unionville
December 14, 2024: Lancaster, PA 17602 The Lancaster Mennonite Blazers basketball team scored 66 points and limited the visiting Unionville Longhorns to 36 in the Blazers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Blazers now possess a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Lancaster Catholic for a non-league game on Wednesday, December 18. Lancaster Mennonite will confront a Crusaders team coming off a 57-37 league loss to Manheim Central (Manheim, PA). The Crusaders record now stands at 0-4.
With the loss, Unionville falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Longhorns host Oxford (Oxford, PA) to confront the Hornets in a Ches-Mont - American game on Tuesday, December 17. The Hornets go into the game with a record of 1-4. Oxford lost 49-41 in their recent non-league game against Twin Valley (Elverson, PA)
