The Lund Mustangs basketball team scored 24 points and limited the visiting Tonopah Muckers to 22 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Mustangs now possess a 4-6 record. They play next when they travel to Beatty for a non-league game on Saturday, December 14. Lund will confront a Hornets team coming off a 35-13 non-league loss to Beaver Dam (Littlefield, AZ). The Hornets record now stands at 0-7.

With the loss, Tonopah falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Muckers travel to Round Mountain (Round Mountain, NV) to confront the Knights in a non-league game on Friday, December 20. The Knights go into the game with a record of 0-7.
