December 15, 2022: Voorhees, NJ 08043 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Eastern Vikings (Voorhees, NJ) and the visiting Shawnee Renegades (Medford, NJ), saw Eastern's basketball squad hold off Shawnee by a count of 41-39.
With the victory, Eastern upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Vikings host Camden (Camden, NJ) to play the Panthers in a Olympic - National challenge on Tuesday, December 20. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Camden won 67-52 in their recent non-league challenge against Patrick School (Hillside, NJ)
Next up, the Renegades play the Atlantic City Vikings (Atlantic City, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Sunday, December 18. Shawnee will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 48-13 non-league loss to Millville (Millville, NJ).
