The Springdale Prep Lions basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Evergreen Christian Eagles to 50 in the Lions league triumph on Thursday.

The Lions now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Episcopal for a non-league contest on Friday, December 16. Springdale Prep will meet a Maroon team coming off a 71-50 non-league win over The Heights (Potomac, MD). The Maroon record now stands at 4-2.

The Eagles (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Mt. Zion Prep Academy (Lanham, MD). The Warriors enter the Freelance contest with a 6-6 record.
