Maryland High School Basketball - Rosedale Christian Academy holds off Springdale Prep
January 26, 2023: Baltimore, MD 21237 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Rosedale Christian Academy Rosedale Panthers (Baltimore, MD) and the visiting Springdale Prep Lions (New Windsor, MD), saw Rosedale Christian Academy's basketball squad hold off Springdale Prep by a tally of 54-53.
With the victory, Rosedale Christian Academy improves its record to 15-11 on the campaign. The Rosedale Panthers travel to Highland (Warrenton, VA) to confront the Hawks in a VISAA Division II challenge on Saturday, January 28. The Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 19-2. Highland won 95-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Evergreen Christian (Leesburg, VA)
Next up, the Lions confront the Bethel Academy Eagles (Manassas, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 27. Springdale Prep will attempt to improve on its 11-7 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 9-13 record after their 71-51 non-league win over National Christian Academy White (Fort Washington, MD).
